My year in Japan has come to a close and I now turn my attention to my favorite time of the year and my two favorite events. The Australian Open and PGA.

After I struggled for most of the year in Japan, I finished it off well and retained playing status for 2010. I'm quite proud of the way I ground it out and I'm in some good form leading into the Australian summer tournaments.

My wife Vanessa will caddy for me at the Australian Open. It will be the first time she has caddied for me as a pro, we had some success when I was an amateur but that was a long time ago! I hope I can put on a good show for her as a pay back for all the stress I put her through this year...

I hope to see a few familiar faces over the next few weeks.
